Buffered Alkaline wave, firm curl. Water, solution, or combination wrap. For normal, resistant, tinted resistant up to 20 vol. Normal - 20 minutes. Tinted - 10 minutes. No test curl. (Same as Quantum 5 minus the pre-neutralizer treatment)
